This quarterly panel session on the CVC and VC Investment Process is an exclusive benefit offered to all GCV Institute alumni.
The panel covers nuances, best practices and watchouts for CVCs in the VC investment process and will touch on the implications of today’s economic uncertainly for VC investment including recapitalizing prior investments, “down rounds”, anti-dilution adjustments, other protective provisions and pay to play financings.
